How Does a GRC Spray Machine Work?  

The working process is simple and direct. The machine feeds the cement slurry and glass fibres separately. They only mix at the spray head. This method keeps the fibres long and strong.  

Here is the step-by-step process:  

1. Material Loading: Workers put the cement, sand, and water mix into the hopper. A sieve filters out large particles to prevent blockages .  
2. Pumping: The pump pushes the slurry through a hose to the spray gun. The pump speed can be adjusted to control output.  
3. Fibre Chopping: The machine pulls glass fibre roving from a tray. A chopper mechanism cuts the fibres to the right length. Typical output is 600-1000 grams per minute.  
4. Spraying: At the spray gun, compressed air atomises the slurry. The cut fibres are blown into the slurry cone. The mixture lands on the mould surface.  
5. Compaction: Workers roll the sprayed GRC to remove air bubbles. This makes the material dense and strong.
